The Move Manager
application allows the user to coordinate, plan, and integrate moves. Moves can
include people, furniture, equipment, and telephone numbers as well as all
telecom and network port information. You can also create work
orders for Mp2 and Maximo.
Key Functions:
Moving People:
Move people by either selecting them
from a drawing or searching for them across drawings.
Select a destination for the person by pointing to a destination or by selecting
the Site, Building, Floor, and Room through a series of dropdown lists, which are created
directly from Drawbase drawings
.
Moving people also gives you the ability to
move furniture, equipment, and telephone numbers along with the person.
Move History Report:
Group Moves, Single Moves, Staff
Additions
and Staff Deletions are all logged into a Move History database. This database can be queried upon displaying a
list of moves by selecting a range of move dates. This
report displays the person who was moved along with any furniture, equipment,
telephone
numbers or telecom jacks that was associated with the
move
.
Pending Moves:
Pending Moves can be created to plan
future moves and departmental layouts. These
pending moves can be displayed in either a report printout or a color-coded Drawbase
drawing revealing which rooms people are moving out of and which rooms people are moving
into.
Pending moves can then be completed
upon approval and processed on the drawing.
